CRYSTELCALL SIGNS PARTNERSHIP
AGREEMENT WITH LURISTA FOR UAE
SERVICE SALES & MARKETING

10th, 2007) CrysTelCall, an
outsourcing company based in Jordan
providing inbound and outbound
contact center services and business
process outsourcing, has signed a
partnership agreement today with UAE-based
Lurista, a leading provider of
management and project-based
consulting services in the Middle
East , to extend marketing and sales
coverage of CrysTelCall services to
the UAE market. The partnership
agreement was signed by CrysTelCall
CEO Rami Sweis and Jason Godwin
Managing Partner of Lurista.
The demand for outsourcing
opportunities in the UAE has been
growing as a result of rising costs
of wages, office rental and
competition across various market
segments such as banking, telecom
and real estate. This competition is
driving companies towards providing
superior customer care services that
require both technology investments
as well as rigorous training.
In order to enable companies to
