REF (W101): Customer Care
Representatives
Job Description:
- Responsible for communicating with customers over the
phone, email or chat to answer questions and complaints
- Follow step by step procedures in handling incoming or
outgoing calls with ability to resolve and close issues
- Collect customer information and enter related
information in various company software products
- Escalate issues or unresolved queries to supervisor and
communicate with other employees and departments
Required Skills:
- Well spoken with ability to speak and write in both
Arabic and English, other languages is a plus.
- Customer service oriented with preferred prior
experience.
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office suite with
good typing skills.
- University Degree preferred, willing to consider
university students
REF (W303): Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Description:
- Develop KPIs and procedures for measuring agent
performance and other critical metrics
- Report performance and statistics through monitoring and
evaluation of certain criteria developed by QA
- Test and Implement changes, procedures and interact with
clients to verify and signoff on various tasks
Required Skills:
- Strong skills in project management, test case
development and execution and validation
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact
with customers and other departments
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with
Microsoft applications including Project.
- Bachelors Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in
quality assurance or operations.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic/English
